Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring proper maintenance & operation of chemical store in Factories;
- Receiving all chemicals from local, foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC / purchase approval document and make inventory report properly;
- Distributing chemicals to production floor as per requisition;
- Ensuring all receive and distribution of Store chemicals are properly documented and released;
- Maintaining proper record, receive stores, tags and track of surplus property;
- Supervising all stores operational issues and uphold the safety of the store house;
- Checking physical inventory from time to time to cross-match with the monthly inventory report;
- Preparing Report -Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, and Yearly according to inventory flow movement and submit to Proper authority;
- Follow the RSL & MRSL and maintain them strictly. Ensure original MSDS, TDS guaranty letter, and other certificates from suppliers. follow APEO/AP/AZO Formaldehyde guidance;
- Coordinate chemical suppliers through the supply chain to ensure chemical restrictions list, Brands RSL & Implementation toolkit;
- Internal Auditing & preparing of factory to fulfill requirements as per buyer & DOE;
- Develop the Chemical purchase policy & procedure to fulfill the requirements of ZDHC 2020 mission, REACH regulation, GOTS 6.0, Oeko-Tex 100 Standard, & brands MRSL/RSL;
- Follow up & monitoring proper chemical storage, labeling, secondary containment, and chemical compatibility;
- Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed. This includes accident reporting; investigation, primary cause analysis, corrective action, implementation, and follow up;
- Ensure document collect from compliance audit, MSDS Translate in local language and create SDS;
- Involve and Engage in projects, initiatives and events that is assigned by the Management which is necessary for the greater well-being of the Organization, Its Business Results and the Happiness and well-being of its Stakeholders.
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 28 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills
- The applicants should have experience in a Knit/woven composite factory/export oriented accessories factory.
- Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
- Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
