Executive - Customer Service (Garments Accessories)
Job Responsibilities
- Order receive from customer, process in ERP and acknowledge order from customer;
- Coordinate with planning in production schedule plan to ensure on time delivery;
- Closely work with planning dept. for delivery;
- Work with ERP team to get the requirement based on customer need;
- Handling customer queries and complains and solve the same;
- Update customers regarding production status when required;
- Maintain required database and prepare necessary reports;
- Involve and engage in projects, initiatives and events that is assigned by the management which is necessary for the greater well being of the organization, its business results and the happiness and well being of its stakeholders.

- 3 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer relationship, Customer Service, Customer Support - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories, Packaging Industry
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 31 years
- Candidate should be energetic, confident and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills
- Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have garments accessories market related knowledge.
- Must have at least 1 year working experience in customer service department with large garments accessories industry.
