Executive - Industrial Engineering (For Garments Accessories)
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare layout by discussing with management;
- Identify the bottleneck & check critical operation;
- Check pilot run and identify the critical areas;
- Check line efficiency report and provide feedback of line problem;
- Identify deficiency areas and attend meeting with management to solve the same;
- Make the skill matrix for operators;
- Monitor low efficiency operators physically and take corrective action;
- Publish Efficiency reports & calculate pre standard minute value (SMV) for order forecast by buyer and for production plan and give costing of SMV for order pricing;
- Check & follow-up each production report by weekly & monthly and verify its accuracy.

- 2 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial & Production Engineering, Lean Management - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories

- Age at least 24 years

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
