Senior Officer, Industrial Engineering
Job Responsibilities
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in organizational processes and propose solutions for improvement across workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive efficiency initiatives
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes across functions to ensure consistency and quality
- Utilize industrial engineering principles to optimize resource utilization, minimize waste, and improve overall operational performance
- Provide training and guidance to teams on implementing new processes and facilitate the establishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in accordance with organizational standards
- Analyze data and metrics to track improvements and present reports to the management
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to recommend innovative solutions for process improvement
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 22 years
- 4-5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering (Preferably in RMG)
- Knowledge of engineering economics, relevant technologies, decision analysis, optimization tools, material handling, statistics, mathematics, and production planning process including the application of LEAN principles to process improvement
- Skilled in MS Word, MS Excel, and report writing
- Good analytical ability, and interpersonal skill
