Executive - PMC ( Textile Factory)

Responsibilities & Context

To Co-ordinate With M&M (Marketing And Merchandising) for SMS and PP of All Customer & make Knitting, Dyeing and Delivery Plan for SMS(Salesman Sample )and PP( Pre Production Sample) for All Customers.

Receive Fabric Booking From M&M Team and proceed for next operations.

Maintain records of daily production activities including Yarn, Batch Issue, Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, QAD, Delivery, Yarn Dyeing.

Publish Knitting Plan considering Yarn Allocation Date, Knitting Capacity, Dyeing plan considering Grey Availability, ALD, Dyeing capacity & T&A ( Time & Action).

Publish Yarn Dyeing Plan considering Knitting Requirement and T&A.

Follow up on yarn in-house date and allocation & Knitting Production.

Follow up Batch issuance for smooth Dyeing Feeding & ALD.

Ensure timely yarn requisition Dyeing production as per PMC plan.

Follow up submission & approval process and Finishing Floor ageing.

Ensure on time fabric delivery & full batch receiving.
