Executive - Supply Chain (Raw Materials - Yarn)

Responsibilities & Context

Ensure the purchase of raw materials (Yarn) from local and foreign sources with the best quality; Ensure market survey to develop alternative suppliers with quality products and evaluate the existing suppliers; Ensure cost-effective sourcing and development of new vendors; Work on foreign and local purchase issue PO, collect PI Issue LC and continuously follow-up with the supplier and ensure goods will be in-house on time; Follow-up with spinners to ensure on-time yarn delivery.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

Experience

At least 3 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements

Age at least 25 years

Excellent negotiation, presentation, attention to detail & follow-up skills.

Proactive thinking & problem-solving attitude.

Good team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
