Officer - Pattern Master, Product Development Center (For Gazipur Factory)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist to review the tech pack with Garment Tech and understand the requirements;
- Assist to check the final spec, check the fabric shrinkage percent;
- Prepare the pattern with appropriate shrinkage percent, if shrinkage is not required, develop zero shrinkage pattern;
- Prepare printout the pattern by plotter machine & check the physical pattern measurement;
- Assist to handover the pattern to PDC cutting with file (Development pattern);
- Assist to prepare embellishment/print position, stripe layout template as per the requirement;
- Assist to prepare the costing pattern based on block pattern & send by mail to CAD to proceed the costing pattern;
- Maintain & deliver the softcopy of bulk pattern to cutting by mail & handover the hard pattern also (Bulk pattern);
- Assist to ensure block update & general standard update;
- Maintain all blocks pattern in library;
- Assist to deliver pattern to design studio for prepare the 3D pattern;
- Assist to perform daily GEMBA walk & conduct process audit.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D pattern, Cad Pattern Master, Pattern making, PLOTTER MACHINE, shrinkage Percent - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile

- Age at least 27 years
- Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills;
- Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker;
- Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities;
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
