Senior Executive/Executive - Assurance Department (Narayanganj)
Job Responsibilities
- Review payroll management wages, OT, compensations & benefits, workers welfare expenses & other benefits sheet;
- Review factory local purchases, general, labor, entertainment & canteen expenses;
- Review daily cashbook, ledger & other financial transaction;
- Materials movement reconcile as received, issued, consumption and leftover/wastage quantity;
- Daily & EWO wise data collect from various section & resource, analyze, captured;
- Maintain input & output analysis, order to cut percentage & cut ship ratio;
- Ensure EWO wise order closing report;
- Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant policy, guidance note, laws and regulations;
- Conduct physical inventory and reconcile with book balance.
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Audit and assurance services, Internal Audit - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 26 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Must have working experience in internal (Operational & Financial) audit with large garments/textile industry.
- Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
- Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
