Vice Principal - REAZ Public School (Narayanganj)
Job Responsibilities
- Formulate strategy, plan, and policy & implement academic and non-academic; interventions to achieve the core objective of the school;
- Lead, train, and motivate School stakeholders;
- Promote a positive, caring climate for learning;
- Developing and tracking benchmarks for measuring institutional success;
- Collaborate and coordinate with local and international education institutes;
- Overviewing administrative and operational functions & discipline;
- Ensuring implementation of academic policies and curriculum;
- Conduct Training & Workshops directed towards performance improvement of teachers;
- Lead daily school activities by participating in the development of class schedules, teacher assignments, and extracurricular activity schedules;
- Continuous value addition for establishing exemplary academic institutions in the country;

- At least 10 year(s)
