Manager- Store (Factory)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, and Quality checking as per the procedure.
- Proven work experience in the Inventory management system.
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store like a safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch.
- Efficient to write generate Issue & Receiving challan, Gate pass, and VAT Challan.
- Ensure proper deliveries.
- Ensure proper store compliance.
- Make sure inventory control and ensure minimum stock level.
- Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are received stored and issued correctly and safely.
- Maintain warehouse space management.
- Maintain Tally, ERP & VAT, a software-based system for materials delivered to the production floor as per plan.
- Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in the best possible way.
- Ensure daily/weekly, monthly stock report.
- Systematic documentation.
- Any other assignment is given by a higher authority.
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Overall Store management, Store and Warehouse Management
Additional Requirements
- Age 34 to 50 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Strong technical knowledge in Inventory Management systems & it's SOP.
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
- Teamwork skills.
- Computer skills e.g. MS Office are essential.
- Must have an expert in software: ERP, Tally, Excel, VAT Software.
