Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent degree in sports, psychology, education, culture, etc OR Educational qualification can be flexible if the candidate has at least 2 years experience with HI in relevant field

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 60 years
• KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• ESSENTIAL
• Minimum 5 years experience in sports inclusion (or related field)
• Experience in facilitating group activities (sports or recreational activity experience a plus)
• Previous NGO work experience
• Experience working with people with disabilities
• DESIRABLE
• Computer knowledge (MS office package)
• Experience in humanitarian context, specifically related to the Rohingya refugee influx
• Certificate: training of trainers in sports inclusion
• SKILLS REQUIRED
• ESSENTIAL
• Ability to coordinate activities between multiple actors
• Experience working in low resource settings
• Experience working with children
• Physical ability to conduct daily sports activities
• Collaborative approach to work
• Communication skills in verbal and written Bangla
• DESIRABLE
• Experience working in multidisciplinary context
• Knowledge of child protection, gender based violence and general protection principles
• Knowledge of English and/or Chittagonian language
