Additional Requirements
- Age at least 21 years
- Minimum 02 years of sports inclusion or relevant work experience in any International or National NGO.
- Experience in facilitating group activities (sports or recreational activity experience a plus).
- Experience working with people with disabilities.
- Computer knowledge (MS office package).
- Experience in the humanitarian context, specifically related to the Rohingya refugee influx
- Certificate: training of trainers in sports inclusion.
- Ability to coordinate activities between multiple actors.
- Experience working in low resource settings.
- Experience working with children.
- Physical ability to conduct daily sports activities.
- A collaborative approach to work.
- Communication skills in verbal and written Bangla.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary context.
- Knowledge of child protection, gender-based violence, and general protection principles.
- Knowledge of English and/or Chittagonian language.
