Marketing Associate (Indoor / Outdoor)

• Must have core knowledge about marketing-related subjects such as advertising, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning as well as some knowledge about accounting and finance.
• Must have the ability to conduct meetings with clients from all ranges on a regular basis (outdoor and indoor meetings included)
• Plan market development, i.e. develop a plan that achieves company targets.
• Plan events, exhibition or promotion activities, and make budget to select a proper venue.
• Search supplier for promotional activities.
• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that will make an impact
• Provide support to build the brand & reputation of the organization.
• Create potential trade related strategies to ensure partners are motivated and brand is visible.
• Create attainable sales target for the sales team.
• Develop motivating incentive packages for the sales team.
• Develop and maintain marketing strategies to improve awareness, market share and profitability.
• Conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor data analysis
• Develop promotional material for distribution, as well as customize materials according to specific market or customer requirements.
• Plan and administer the company's marketing budget and keep it within cost control.
• Develop plans for promotion and take necessary action regarding integrated brand management.

Full-time

• Students of English Medium Preferred (with good speaking / writing skills)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in a reputed Private/Public University
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Studies (MBS), Management will get preference.
