Customer Liaison Officer, After Sales Services


Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and reply to the customer queries regarding product coming at the Service Hotline as per Query Management Guideline
  • Manage and reply to the customer queries regarding product delivery issues coming at the Service Hotline
  • Assist & Guide the customers over phone via providing accurate information
