Manager - Pharmacy
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate all medical coverage requirement request and ensure compliance to all clinical procedure and coordinate with pharmacy and medical staff to perform regular inventions according to present drugs.
- Coordinate with all medical case manager and evaluate all high-risk members to prevent all risks and participate in all associated meetings.
- Attend all therapeutic and pharmacy committee meetings.
- Maintain all medication protocols for all clinical pharmacists and coordinate with all clinical team members to ensure optimal services.
- Staying up to date a pharmacy regulation, treatments in industry research.
- Managing inventory, ordering new supplies and mentored all clinical pharmacists and diploma pharmacy staffs and arranging training.
- Any other task assigns by the management from time to time.
