Trainee Officer/ Officer ERP Implementation & Support.

Responsibilities & Context

Collaborate with the ERP implementation team to understand project requirements and objectives.

Assist in the configuration, customization, and testing of ERP software modules.

Provide technical support to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phase.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP systems, including software bugs and user errors.

Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of ERP functionalities and best practices.

Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for future reference.

Education

BBA/MBA in any discipline from any reputed university.

Experience

1 to 2 years

Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or on-site support, if required.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Previous internship or work experience in a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
