AGM / Senior Manager, Sustainability, C - Business Units

Job Responsibilities:

Developing and leading the implementation of sustainability strategies, policies, and taking initiatives for the ready-made garments and laundry industry, as demands;

Conducting research and analysis of the industry's environmental impact and identifying opportunities for improvement;

Leading efforts to identify and implement sustainable production practices, including reducing waste, increasing energy efficiency, and minimizing water usage;

Building strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable practices throughout the supply chain;

Overseeing and reporting on the company's sustainability performance, including tracking progress toward sustainability goals and identifying areas for improvement;

Developing and delivering sustainability training programs for employees and stakeholders;

Engaging with customers, industry organizations, and government agencies to promote sustainable garment production and consumption;

Work with a vision to maintain Input, process and Output control on the entire process in chemical management, raw materials management, life cycle assessment;

Provide advisory service on chemical hazard and risk assessment, alternative chemistry, resources efficiency etc.;

Identify good practices / activities carried out by other Supply chain & Stakeholders and evaluate the possibility of replication / scaling up;

Report to Management with monthly meeting & Business updates.
