Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring of all manpower (Fabric store) duties & job responsibility;
- Maintaining & follow up of stock register all imported oriented Items;
- Maintaining of ORACLE (Software) fabric related every issuance (Received/Issue/Left Over/Sample etc.);
- Prepared of fabric requirement sheet And Report to Manager & Others Related Person's;
- Maintaining of receiving schedule all Imported and Local Fabric's;
- Prepared of Monthly Stock/Issuance Statement of Fabric and Report to Manager & Others Related Person's;
- Reconciliation of items after orders is shipped;
- Maintain all relevant documents/register for all stock position and get those quarterly audited by audit team;
- Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace;
- Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy store site;
- Coordination with concern department to receive and delivery schedule;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Minimum 3 years' experience in RMG Store;
- Computer literacy;
- Good team player;
- Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing and speaking).
