Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

Preventive maintenance of machineries and also follow SOP;

To carry out routine schedule maintenance, breakdown maintenance of Factory machineries;

To lead by example by being as an active leader of the team;

To communicate with technical service of machine suppliers;

Always to look after keeping the machineries neat and clean & at running conditions;

To ensure continuous improvement of performance & efficiency (Performance management) of your subordinates through proper motivation, supervision, controlling & training;

To coordinate with production, store and quality assurance departments;

To prepare the estimations for maintenance work such as purchase of new spare parts and maintain proper spare parts inventory;

To be update and upgraded with the latest developments in the field and upgrading machinery;

Responsible for keeping the records of all maintenance, repair works and machine catalogs;

Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
