Security Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Security Management:
• To monitor & supervise overall management of Security personnel of the Company.
• To train the new Security Guard and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the Company.
• To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly, and dedicatedly.
• To make liaison with the emergency service, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
• Pro-actively ensuring the protection of properties/assets of the Company
• Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employee and visitors.
• Responding to emergency situation if any.
• Preventing and detecting offenses in sites.
• Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter into Company area.
• Accurately updating administrative records and sheets.
• To ensure the morale of the Security Personnel.
• Accurately reporting all incidence to the line management.
• To receive & take both local and foreign guest from main gate to the concern officials.
• Maintain and keep update different types of registers (Guard's Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer's In/Out, Visitor, Key register etc).
• Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
