Asst. Manager/ Sr. Executive - Quality (Dyeing)
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and improve Quality Assurance System through continual improvement of SOPs, work instructions, forms, checklists and guidelines.
- Supervise and check inline quality & quantity as per production order/job bag instructions.
- Ensure quality and conformity of products according to buyer requirements
- Ensure on time Delivery and production
- Recommend and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence of deviations and follow up accordingly.
- Oversee the day to day functions with members of QA, PD, Merchandising, Planning and Design & Development department to ensure buyer compliance.
- Conduct team meetings and take initiatives for development & coaching of staffs to meet highest quality standard.
- Claim Management of the valued buyer in case of any non-conforming RMG.
- Controls and update the production status of running orders
- Making sure all quality requirements are being followed in production.
- Take initiative to reduce garments defects through root causes analyzing and solve the quality problem with making action plan
- Utilize previous experiences in conducting in line and final inspection
- Coordinate with production, IE, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments.
- To ensure on time shipment as per buyers quality level.
- Ensure all Quality Assurance staffs are trained on any new procedure / requirement as advised by the customers.
- To ensure all the garments are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
- Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters
- To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
