Production Manager/ AGM(Fridge and Air Conditioner)
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure quality production and production target as per production.
- Ensure time to time training to production manpower to ensure their higher efficiency and target oriented production.
- Planning and organizing production schedules.
- Organizing all necessary tools and others accessories to meet up the scheduled target and production target for market.
- Ensure smooth production with effective machine operations.
- Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.
- Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
- Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team
- Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff.
- Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
- Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
- Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff.

Operation, Production, R & D - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Additional Requirements
- Age 32 to 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Should have a good leadership and should able to handle any situation in production line & factory.
- Must have experience in electronics background production field.
