Receptionist
Responsibilities & Context
Welcome all visitors and guests at the front office and leave messages for the concerned employees in their absence and pass it on accordingly. Screening of all incoming and outgoing mail & Telephone Calls and initiating follow-up action including receiving calls and referring callers to appropriate management members and Dept. Heads. Mail Management including Courier, office documents collections, letter dispatching both incoming and outgoing. Maintaining inward/outward mail register on system. Maintenance of front office with proper housekeeping and handling PABX and other computerized systems. Communication with external Parties when required. Providing necessary support to the administration as deemed appropriate. Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
