Regional Sales Manager/ Sr. Regional Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor & Coordinate the activities of Area Sales manager & distributors.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly sales target.
- Maximize unit-wise sales achievement of the region.
- The development plan should cover aspects of trade marketing, Product development (quality, packaging etc.), market development, manpower issues, Distribution development and logistic support.
- Recommend new distributor appointment.
- Monitor scheduling and implementing all the lifting of the region and communicate with the Head office accordingly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales and other activities .
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CosmeticsToiletriesPersonal Care, Human Care Products - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
