Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing the maintenance and cleaning operations of the office building
- Creating and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures for common areas and individual workspaces
- Managing and training the cleaning and maintenance staff
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Coordinating with other departments such as facilities, IT, and HR to ensure seamless operations
- Managing budgets and expenses related to cleaning and maintenance operations
- Responding to employee concerns and complaints related to cleaning and maintenance issues
- Conducting regular inspections and audits of the office building
- Maintaining records and reports related to cleaning and maintenance operations
- Providing input on office policies and procedures related to cleaning and maintenance operations
- Developing and implementing sustainability initiatives for the office building
- Ensuring that the office is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- At least 5 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role in a garment industry/chain hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of employees
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of housekeeping best practices, procedures, and equipment in a garment industry
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred, but not required
