Senior Assistant Manager (Training)


Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct training needs analysis, develop curriculum, lesson plan and module.
  • Hands-on expertise to develop training materials/tools to ensure smooth delivery of training content.
  • Modification/update of various training modules as per operational change of program.
  • Develop training calendar & roll out plans to ensure on-time training programs throughout the year.
  • Ensure proper facilitation, monitor & administrate training management for effective learning.
  • Frequently travel to different areas to conduct training/workshops.
  • Analyze post-training impact to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management time to time.
  • Assist in other HRM functions as required.

Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 40 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): NGO, Training
  • The applicants should have experience in the following programme (s): Micro-Credit
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, Internet and Email.
  • Good report writing skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient in written and oral communication skills in English
  • Positive attitude as development worker and team worker
  • Willingness to visit field offices frequently.
  • Willingness to work under pressure during emergency response.
