Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
- Develop digital/ electronically data collection tools (SurveyCTO) and techniques.
- Ensure the effective implementation of the project activities with maximum efficiency and professionalism by planning and work plan.
- Monitor and supervise Field Enumerator’s activities and report to Research Officer/Principal investigator.
- Facilitate field enumerators training for switching and response survey.
- Track and report on project progress
- Other related tasks as neededfor the implementation of the project in the field
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO, Development Agency
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 40 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Academic and/or work experience related to the field of environmental risk management.
- Sound knowledge on research methodology, Randomized Control Trial (RCT), WASH and community mobilization.
- Experience in field-level water sample collection, water quality testing and conducting community-level WASH training.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain a large team at the field level activities.
- Ability to work closely with team members as well as independently.
- Eager to work in remote areas.
- Problem-solving ability raised in the field from time to time.
