Training & Quality Control Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop Training Module and Schedule as per requirement.
• Provide support to training content development and training conduction.
• Contribute in developing and designing training programme considering field needs and changing context.
• Develop modules and training manuals in Burmese and English as per project need.
• Organize evaluation and debriefing meetings.
• Coordinate with other trainers to ensure all required M&E is completed.
• Research new pedagogical trends and entrepreneurship projects.
• Follow up and Provide feedback to fellow trainers and support their professional growth.
• Maintain functional relationship with her/ his peers in the team.
• Uphold humanitarian code of conduct and adhere to and promote humanitarian guiding principles.
• Comply with NGO Forum for Public Health's policies and practice with respect to child protection, code of conduct, gender & equality, humanitarian responsiveness and other relevant policies.

Educational Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Sciences / Development Studies or any other related discipline.
• Training on participatory methodologies will be treated as added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Development Agency, NGO
