Job Context

RDRS Bangladesh is going to implement Market development of safe poultry and poultry products under the Rural Microenterprise Transformation Project ( RMTP) supported by PKSF.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and implement monthly work plan according to project activities;

Coordinate different stakeholders for the development of the poultry business environment

Arrange different training for skill development of livestock service providers and ensure services of poultry rearing;

Provide special help to the poultry rearers with input support;

To play an effective role in the selection of entrepreneurs in the development of the Demonstration in various activities

Conducting regular campaigns with respective companies in the promotion of various products

Taking steps to introduce ICT services in the farm and organizing issue-based meetings on the problems of the poultry rearers

Providing assistance to farmers in farm mechanization

Organize meetings and workshops for all stakeholders at the upazila and district level

Build and maintain strong communication with different Government and non-government service providers as well as market actors;

Regular field visits and giving necessary technical advisory services to the poultry rearers;

Prepare different periodic reports (Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annually) for the organization and donor.
