Technical Specialist - Training and Curriculum

Qualifications and ExperienceAt least 5 years of relevant working experience in a development or humanitarian setting, preferably in the Education and Education in Emergency (EiE) program with a special focus on Inclusive Education.Advanced knowledge in pedagogy, teaching and learning, and material development related to Inclusive Education.Facilitation and module development experience in formal and non-formal education programs focused on Inclusive Education.Knowledge of the Myanmar Curriculum (MC) and Accelerated Learning Program (ALP), including content and competencies, particularly incorporation of Inclusive Education principles, as well as working with children with disabilities.Knowledge of the updated government pre-primary curriculum and education policies related to primary education and children with disabilities.Knowledge of the Rohingya response situation in the country, education in emergencies, technology-based education theories and practices, etc.Well-versed in ICT skills, including Email, MS Office package, and PDF applications.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with impact.Master’s Degree, preferably in Education/ Social Science/ Development Studies and other relevant faculties.Contract Type: RegularJob Location: Cox’s BazarNo. of vacancies: 04 (Four)The OrganisationWe employ approximately 25,000 people across the globe and work on the ground in over 100 countries to help children affected by crises, or those that need better healthcare, education and child protection.
