Assistant Branch Manager (Service Point)


Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct and monitor the day-to-day work of Walton Service Point.
  • Ensure the best after-sales service support and customer complaints are dealt with in a structured time frame.
  • Manage and monitor the activities of the employees of the responsible service point.
  • Develop relations with customers and external stakeholders.
  • Collect customer feedback and technical feedback then report to the concerned authority.
  • Monitor the activities of the spare parts store and daily accounts.
  • Execute other official tasks, assigned by the Branch Manager and Management.

  • 1 to 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Branch Management, Customer Service Management

Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Should have good knowledge of MS Office
  • Must have good communication skills in Bangla and English
  • Good interpersonal, analytical skills, problem-solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills
  • The candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with customer
  • Able and willing to work under pressure and meet challenges
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented
