Job Responsibilities
- Conduct and monitor the day-to-day work of Walton Service Point.
- Ensure the best after-sales service support and customer complaints are dealt with in a structured time frame.
- Manage and monitor the activities of the employees of the responsible service point.
- Develop relations with customers and external stakeholders.
- Collect customer feedback and technical feedback then report to the concerned authority.
- Monitor the activities of the spare parts store and daily accounts.
- Execute other official tasks, assigned by the Branch Manager and Management.

- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Branch Management, Customer Service Management
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Should have good knowledge of MS Office
- Must have good communication skills in Bangla and English
- Good interpersonal, analytical skills, problem-solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills
- The candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with customer
- Able and willing to work under pressure and meet challenges
- Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented
