Asst. HR Manager


Job Responsibilities
  • Planning, organizing, directing, controlling & monitoring HR functions.
  • To ensure employee attendance management and help leave management process.
  • To help probation management process.
  • To ensure performance management process on time.
  • To ensure employee compensation and benefits process.
  • To help the rewards and punishment process.
  • To ensure employee counseling & motivation.
  • To develop & implement KPI-based performance appraisal system.
  • Monitoring and developing performance appraisal throughout the year.
  • Completing employee exit, clearance & turnover management.
  • Conducting departmental meetings and minutes making.
  • Providing desk service & maintain employee relations.
  • Preparing data for salary, bonus, allowance, profit share, insurance benefits and final settlement ensure it's disbursement.
  • Any other duties as instructed by management.

Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 27 years
  • Must have adequate knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Rules 2015 .
  • Pro-active, Tech Savvy, Self Motivated, Enthusiastic and Career Oriented
  • Good communication and strong presentation skills
