Job Responsibilities
- To maintain visitors, guests and clients courteously and make them comfortable while waiting at the reception.
- To response all incoming calls and take messages or forward calls.
- To provide basic and accurate information as required.
- To receive all kind of letters, messages, documents and handover those to the concerned person/department by maintain register.
- To assist visitors in filling out Identification form.
- Any other relevant duties that arise from time to time.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate front Desk, Front Desk Management
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 25 years
- In depth understating in Information and communication technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have computer literacy and customer Service
- Ability to accept positive changes
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Smart and convincing personality
