Job Responsibilities
- Prepare individual/Team-wise action plan for overall fact-finding and communicate with fact-finding related concerned persons and program.
- Analyze complaint letters and develop a checklist and questionnaire for the concerned person.
- Visit the place of occurrence and take photos and draw sketches of the place of occurrence.
- Rapport building with fact-finding and complain related concern person.
- Examine complainant, aliases accused and witness.
- Interview and take notes, collect fact-finding related written statements and documents.
- Plan and conduct crosscheck of complainant alleged accused and witnesses' statements and all documents, Corroborating pieces of evidence and final checking.
- Analyze collected statements, documents and evidence and identify logical correlations among information and evidence.
- Input all relevant facts in the report, provide a clear description of complaints, compose all written statements, and attach all relevant documents and evidence with report.
- Take feedback on the draft report from the supervisor and finalize the report according to facts and feedback.
- Presenting report to inquiry board/Counsel and taking the final approval from Management Committee.
- Deliver the approval order to the concerned authority and ensure the execution within the time frame.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 6 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 21 to 35 years
- Self-motivated and good communicative skills.
- Strong computer knowledge, especially in MS Office, Database applications.
- Must have Problem-solving and Analytical Skills.
- Must have knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law & Labor Rules.
