Junior Technical Officer (Lift)
Job Responsibilities
- Solve any elevator problem and take control measures accordingly.
- Attend and perform any type of complex mechanical and electrical work including modernization of elevators.
- Visit ongoing projects and improve the quality of lift services.
- Take the final measurements of the project, prepare the report and present it to the Head of the department for approval.
- Provide proper advice over the phone for subordinates to perform any work and solve it by attending in person if necessary.
- Attend meetings with the sales team for technical briefings.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Elevator, Lift Installation , Lift Maintenance, Lift Service - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Escalator/Elevator/Lift
Additional Requirements
- Age 21 to 35 years
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Sound in analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good in time management.
- Self-motivated and self-managed.
- Effective prioritization and execute tasks under pressure
