Maintenance Engineer ( Mechanical)
Job Responsibilities
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance of Injection molding machine, extrusion machine, wire cut machine, VMC, CNC, Lathe , Shaper , hydraulic/ power press machine and other heavy machines responding to breakdowns.
- Diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, supervising engineering and technical staff.
- Obtaining special components, fixtures and fittings.
- Reducing breakdown of machine with proper root cause analysis and effective troubleshooting.
- Preparing annual budget for maintenance and CAPEX proposal as per requirement.
- Making sure spare requisition on time by co-ordination with inventory management.
- Carrying out installation & commissioning works of new machines.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Installation/ Erection, mechanical maintenance
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 25 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word.
- Clear concept on Mechanical Design.
- Should have good knowledge on Hydraulic & Pneumatic System.
- Can work under pressure.
