Maintenance Engineer (Residential & Project)
Job Responsibilities
- Planning, Design and Costing of Electrical part of multi-stored residential & commercial building.
- Planning, design, managing and executing 11/0.415 KV Distribution Substation system including Oil type and dry type power Transformer, HT Switch gear (VCB), LT Switchgear (ACB/MCCB/MCB) and PFI Plant.
- BBT (Bus Bar Trunking) design, installation & commissioning.
- Handling of electrical load as per requirement.
- Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ) with Specification.
- Electrical Cost Estimate & Cost minimization.
- Provide entire electrical solutions as per requirement.
- Analyze system failures and suggest appropriate resolutions.
- Develop best practices and share with other team members.
- Work with superior in planning and executing assigned electrical distribution projects within deadlines and budgets
- Co-ordinate with suppliers, vendor as well as others relevant departments.
- Maintain documentations of all engineering tasks performed for future reference purposes.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.
