NOC Engineer (Intern)
Job Responsibilities
- Involve and work with Network Operation Center (NOC) Engineer.
- Maintenance Data Center (Temperature, Humidity, Fire Safety, and UPS monitoring), Link/Nodes, Bandwidth, Network and Server device monitoring, and ISP communication.
- Troubleshoot and operate network & server devices at the primary level.
- All types of configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of Branch Office, CMS, WP, Mikrotik VPN server and primary support of Call Center and IP Telephony.
- WBS checklist entry and Report/Documentations Readiness.
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 28 years
- Sound interpersonal and team working skills.
- Should be able to work extended hours when needed.
- Good communication skills.
