Sub Assistant Engineer (Mechanical Process Development)

Responsibilities & Context

To perform capacity study, time study & method study.

To ensure productivity analysis & efficiency improvement work.

Bottleneck analysis of Assembly Line and Manufacturing section.

Process development support for Home Appliance and Kitchen Appliance products like: Blender, Mixer Grinder, Blender motor, Cookware, Pressure Cooker, Electric Kettle etc.

Machine installation and trial production for Home Appliance and Kitchen Appliance products.

CTP audit of Home Appliance and Kitchen Appliance products assembly line.

Documents generation (Repair SOP, rework SOP, product handling SOP, new product SOP, machine SOP)

Education

Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

1 to 3 years

Additional Requirements

Age 22 to 26 years

Previous experience in Mechanical process engineering in a manufacturing environment will get preference.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Should have knowledge about BOM.

Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, 5S Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
