Grants and Operations Manager

Support the project Director and Component Managers to develop TORs for grant opportunities.

Provide support to the Ashshash Project to publicize grant and contract opportunities, coordinate and manage all the steps in the grants and contracts processes, including but not limited to the following:

Draft and assist in publishing RFAs/EOIs and requirements for grants and contracts.

Review grants applications/ proposals and responses to solicitations.

At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

At least 5 (five) years of professional experience.

At least 3 (three) years of progressive experience of dealing with Grants management and procurement and project operational issues in reputed INGOs and National NGOs or relevant organizations.

Good understanding of the functions of government and International Non-Governmental Organizations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.

Excellent communications skills.

Fluent in English.

Other: Bangladeshi citizenship or residency with work authorization.
