Job Responsibilities
- Project planning, implementation and establish systems
- Project management & ensure accountability
- Policy advice and strategic technical guidance and leadership
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances
- Document project reports
- Ensure MEAL guidelines are adhered to
- Ensuring effective donor and grant compliances
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Facilitating training, Monitoring and Supervision, Project Management - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 55 years
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken in English and
- Bangla)
- Ability to draft and edit written quality reports in both English and Bangla
- Ability to develop detailed and formulate work plans, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Ability to analyze evaluate and interpret factual data and prepare
- accurate and complete reports and other related documents
- Solid knowledge and experience in project management and financial
- resource management
- Good knowledge of MHPSS institutional mandates, policies, and
- guidelines pertaining
- Must show flexibility and openness to learning different psychological modalities
- Experience managing projects in complex working environments
- Must have a good understanding of how psychological interventions are delivered to adolescents and youth; particularly girls and young women and the practice of working with lay helpers
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in mental health and psychosocial support in NGO setting
- Ability to take initiative, team player who is able to work with minimum supervision
- Having experience in implementation of MHPSS or/and PM+
- Ability to use computers and MS Office packages.
