Openings for Banking Operation Analyst

Mode: 6months to extendable or contract to Hire Based on performance.

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

Client: Investment Bank

Mode of hiring: 6 months contract to extendable , Hire on performance

Notice period: Immediate to 15days

CTC: 18.5K per month(13900 inhand)+ shift allowances - for Freshers

Role Purpose: Retail Analyst (Banking Operation Analyst)

The Analyst/Officer plays a key role in providing a consistent and efficient service to customer requests/application through accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.

The Analyst/Officer is responsible to perform one or a combination of activities like Document Preparation, Loan Settlement, Account Maintenance, Servicing, Due Diligence, Customer Onboarding or Remediation activities and involves routine tasks like customer identification preliminary checks, data entry, data validation, non-judgmental decision making for customer requests in the Retail and Business Banking space.

The Analyst/Officer is also responsible for voice/email communications to the Frontline as well as upstream/downstream functions.
