Openings for Senior Executive – Pricing and costing

Client: Surin Automotive Pvt Ltd

Process: Pricing and costing

Educational Qualifications: CMA / ICWAI

Relevant Experience: 3 – 6 years of experience preferably in Manufacturing background. ERP exposure is desirable

Job Purpose : To provide proactive support to corporate financial planning & analysis team on costing and pricing matters

Role Purpose:

• Analysis Cost controlling , prepare cost , report of running plant

• Calculation of Profitability(Custom wise, Product wise, Unit wise)

• Assist in machine hour rate calculations and products routing analysis

• Product costing and pricing

• Make v/s Buy decision

• Bill of material analysis and COGS analysis

• Bill of material ECN mapping with customer pricing

• RFQ checking with respect to costing critical factors

• Preparation of budgets and forecasts

• Assist in checking of new products and new customer costing

• Ensure to review and amend internal control for better , control over pricing and costing.

• Work in special projects as required.

• Analysis of scrap and raw material consumption

• Must be proficient in Excel

• Assisting in Statutory , Internal and cost audit

• Valuation of inventories and analyses inventories
