Job Description
Looking after Fixture Development and other activity to support the fixture/Tool development
· working on Auto Cad / Catia / nesting software – important
· Understanding of engineering drawings
· Cycle time , takt knowledge
· Documentations - APQP/PPAP
· Equipment capacity calculations
· Jigs/fixture/inspection gauges designs review & trial/prove outs
· Sample preparation for New Product development
Trials while establishing new line / projects ( internal / external at suppliers end )
Good experience in Sheet metal working company
