*Responsibilities*

•Post technical job descriptions in various job portals/Social Platforms

•Source potential candidates using different platforms Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes

•Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities

Send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

•Taking charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*Requirements* :-

Candidate must be Graduate.

Candidates must have Computer and Excel Knowledge.

Candidates must know how to read and send mails.

Preferred female Candidates.

Salary will be from 10 K to 20 K depending upon the profile of the candidate. After completing the Probation period of 3 months the candidate will become eligible for PF and ESI benefits.
