In this role, you will be responsible for active participation in transitioning and stabilizing client processes. Handle insurance claims related functions like Intake & FNOL claim setup etc

Responsibilities:

Good knowledge of Insurance / Claim processing

Entry of Information related to personal details, provider details, invoice information etc.

Identify duplicate Claims and take appropriate action

Responsible to understand and comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Any Graduate Except Tech Grads & Law Grad.

0- 3 years candidates with experience in insurance, claims.

Fresher can also apply

Candidate with voice experience can also apply.

Preferred skills:

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses

Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change

Ability to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted.

Time Management and ability to complete assignments within deadlines

Exercising excellent customer service skills at all times. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or email.

The ability to use computers and computer systems (including hardware and

software) to enter data, to process information, and as a form of communication with

customers and others in the company

The ability to use relevant information and individual judgment to determine the best possible solution to any situation.

Technical skills:

Excellent command on Excel spreadsheets, MS word and internet from day to day operations delivery standpoint
