Responsibilities

Experience/knowledge of ServiceNow basics (Ticketing Process)

Experience in backend application technical support

Good knowledge of MS Excel and Ppt ( If involved in reporting)

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

B.Tech/B.E/ MCA

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications

Handling user query/issue on ServiceNow tool and providing on-time resolution. Providing support related to Icertis Application

Setting up access for new users on Icertis application through edc admin

Testing few scenarios on lower env. of application (Dev/Sandbox/Training)

Creating enhancement request/bug on third party application (Freshdesk Portal) and coordinating between user and third party team
