Finance & Accounting Transformation(P2P or R2R)

Job Description

Experience level: 15 Years in Finance operations, Accounting, Solutions, Finance Transformation, Automation.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

A. Support deals and design Solutions powered by leading finance technology and capabilities

Devise the solution strategy and different solution components (technology, work placement, etc) that address the business outcomes the client has requested

Advice on how technology (platforms, automations, etc) can meet the client needs

Develop the vision of the transformation roadmap, the value case and solution storytelling and how it differentiates from the competition

Cost the end to end solution (tools, delivery resource plan, etc) and transformation program

Deliver Customer facing presentations up to a senior executive level

B. Implement Digital Finance programs

Implement medium to large scale finance Standardization, Transition and Transformation (including process, technology and automation) projects for DXC clients in Finance and Accounts domain (minimum expertise in one domain (R2R or P2P))

Experience in implementing Medium to large projects with complex/ multiple regions or global programs.

Work with cross functional team to deliver finance transformation program

Manage reporting, risk management, lessons learned, quality, escalations, communications etc.

C. Build Finance Transformation Capabilities

Stay current on market trends and innovation related to the F&A domain

Keep building Digital Finance capabilities through DXC internal teams and 3rd party partnerships

Cement DXC position as a Finance transformation leader

D. Manage client relationships

Manages multi-function and/ or global delivery relationships with senior and executive ("C" level) client management

Communicates the direct value our capabilities will provide to our business partners and customers

Drives management of change and accelerated adoption of transformed processes

Education and Experience Required:

Masters degree preferred in accounting, CA/ CIMA/ICWA

Total 15 years of experience in Finance operations (ideally through BPO delivery models) and transformation

Strong Finance process and technology knowledge for at least one of the process towers (P2P, R2R) to design for process standardization and transformation through best practices, technology platforms and automation

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English, able to articulate proposals in a comprehensive and convincing manner, design and deliver presentations

Strong facilitation skills (workshops, reviews, etc) and team management

High expertise in project management. Track record in delivering technology-enabled Finance Solutions and Transformation programs.

Strong leadership and motivational skills in in defining customer needs and decision

Flexible about work content, timings and location.

Industry knowledge in Transformation for CPG, Logistics or manufacturing preferred

Candidate should be in possession of valid passport and should be willing to travel extensively and work in customer hours.
