Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Developer for

Receivables Operation in Insurance Accounting Processing/OTC

Responsibilities

. Match cash daily received from broker, broker statement reconciliation, analysis of the aged report, and action accordingly for an aged item greater than 60 days

. Follow up with brokers and onshore for the disconnect in ledgers vs broker statement etc.

. Closely monitor inputs on cash received and reconcile/match appropriately with the broker remittances received in the common mailbox

. Research/investigate and reconcile on missing payment, glitch against due VS receipts

. Communicate & collaborate with LSM in analysing the results

. Maintain high standards of quality checks

. Send broker statement reconciliation or performing broker reconciliation received from Broker or onshore and prepare with accuracy and within agreed timelines.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

. Undergraduate/Post-Graduate Degree

. Relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

. Good analytical skills with the ability to process and understand data quickly and creatively

. Ability to work independently whilst integrating into a time-critical business environment

. Working experience on MS Excel

. Should have a sound accounting understanding and analytical bent

. Ability to deliver time-bound tasks

. Work as a team member and highly motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
