Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

. Graduation (in any subject area)

. Relevant work experience in a source to contract role preferably in BPO sector

. Basic Knowledge of MS Office Applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint

. Good Understanding of Tactical, Strategy and Contract MGMT Operations

. Good communication and analytical skills. Customer Service Skills - Telephone / Email

. Strong analytics skills

. Awareness of Product Category Codes

Preferred qualifications

. Knowledge of ARIBA, coupa etc.. / Other Legacy ERP Applications, Preferably Coupa

. Good command of MS Office Tools (i.e. excel, ppt)

. Knowledge of VM, RFP & RFQ is added advantage
